Three Core Experiences
Mentorship Programs
The heart of MentorNeko is structured mentorship. Admins create programs, either as ongoing always-on programs or fixed cohorts with defined start and end dates. Members join as mentors, mentees, or both, and the AI matching engine analyzes profile dimensions, goals, skills, and seniority to surface the best possible pairings.
Once a match is approved by your program administrator, both participants get access to a shared Match Hub, a private workspace for your partnership. From there you can sign a partnership agreement, set goals, track sessions, and leave notes together.
Networking Introductions
Not every connection needs to be a formal mentorship. Networking Introductions pairs members on a rotating cycle for informal 1:1 "coffee round" meetings. It is designed for peer learning, cross-functional relationships, and community building, with no ongoing commitment required.
Community Directory
The Community Directory lets you browse other members in your organization. You can filter by skills, goals, and other profile dimensions, and reach out directly through an integrated message relay. Visibility in the directory is always opt-in.
How AI Matching Works
When you complete your profile, you provide information about your background, expertise, goals, and what you are looking for in a mentor or mentee. MentorNeko's AI analyzes those inputs across multiple dimensions and computes a compatibility score for potential pairs.
Matches are never automatic. A program administrator reviews the AI's recommendations and approves each pairing before anyone is notified. The AI handles the heavy lifting of ranking candidates; humans make the final call.

MentorNeko is used across many types of organizations: professional associations, corporate teams, alumni networks, and more. Within your organization you will encounter two roles:
- Members participate in programs, get matched, and build relationships through the platform.
- Organization admins configure programs, manage members, review match recommendations, and track engagement.
