Why “Neko”?
Neko means “cat” in Japanese
In Japanese culture, the “maneki-neko” (beckoning cat) is a symbol of good fortune, connection, and welcoming. We chose the name because that's exactly what great mentoring does. It beckons people toward growth and invites them into relationships that change their careers.
Also, we just really like cats.
