What counts as a user?

Members enrolled in at least one mentoring program or networking group during the billing period. Admins are free seats.

What's included in every plan?

AI-powered matching, always-on and cohort programs, goal tracking, session guides, passwordless login, and mobile-first responsive design.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. Start with Growth on a smaller team and expand as you see results. Most organizations begin with a single program and scale from there.

What about implementation?

We handle onboarding, program configuration, and admin training. Growth includes a $3,000 implementation fee, Scale $4,500. Enterprise implementation is included.

Do you offer a founding partner program?

Early adopters receive additional discounts in exchange for feedback and case study participation. Ask us for details.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your data belongs to you. We provide a full data export before account closure, and all data is permanently deleted within 30 days of contract termination per our DPA.
