Sub-processors

MentorNeko uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver our platform services. Each sub-processor is bound by data processing terms that are at least as protective as those in our Data Processing Agreement.

AI processing:All AI model processing routes exclusively through Vercel AI Gateway with team-wide Zero Data Retention (ZDR) enforced. Vercel is the sole AI sub-processor. The underlying model providers (such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI) are Vercel's sub-processors, not MentorNeko's.
No customer data is stored by or used to train AI models. Profiles are anonymized before AI-powered matching. Administrative analytics features may transmit limited personal data (such as member names) solely to summarize query results within the administrator's authorized scope.

Changes to Sub-processors
We will notify organization administrators by email at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor or making a material change to how an existing sub-processor is used. This page will also be updated to reflect any changes.
Because AI model providers are Vercel's sub-processors (not ours), changes to the specific AI models used do not constitute a sub-processor change under this page or our Data Processing Agreement. All AI traffic continues to route through Vercel AI Gateway with Zero Data Retention regardless of which underlying models are in use.
