1. Our Commitment
MentorNeko is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level.
2. Measures We Take
We incorporate the following accessibility practices into our design and development process:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the platform, ensuring content is meaningful and navigable by assistive technologies
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements, so the entire platform can be operated without a mouse
- ARIA labels on icons, form controls, and dynamic content to provide context for screen readers
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards across all three themes (dark, sage, and light)
- Screen reader compatible interface elements, including status indicators, notifications, and navigation landmarks
- Focus management for modals, dialogs, and navigation, ensuring focus is trapped appropriately and returned when overlays are dismissed
3. Known Limitations
We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Some areas where we are actively improving include:
- Complex data tables in the admin dashboard
- Rich text editor keyboard shortcuts
- PDF export formatting
As we identify additional barriers, we prioritize them in our development roadmap and work to resolve them in upcoming releases.
4. Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of MentorNeko. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
